I had the most wonderful experience with Joe Tyler Gerber. Anyone who gets to work with him is quite lucky and will be very pleased. Joe went beyond the call of duty for my mother and I. It was a complicated sale, and I could not have managed without the dedication and resourcefulness of Joe. Joe was very thorough, kept us both hopeful with his positive energy, and worked so hard to get my mother's condo sold. He was determined and It showed! In addition, his personal attention to both of us was above and beyond his job description. Joe was truly family to both of us! We love him!!!

Joe was extremely helpful in all facets of our moving experience! My boyfriend and I unexpectedly had to move within 45 days, and Joe found, negotiated a lease agreement, and had us approved within literally 3 days. Our apartment is a dream home for the two of us and Joe was always so caring and knowledgeable. Joe has worked with us in our search for a house to rent for two years in a row. My wife and I very much appreciated the effort that he put forth on our behalf. We were especially grateful for his willingness to speak with other agents regarding the special requests that we often asked for such as fan installation or owning a pet. Despite his busy schedule, Joe responded to my messages within a reasonable amount of time. My wife and I were very anxious about being able to find a place to live before our current lease expired. However, Joe reassured us that finding a place would happen even if that meant we had to sacrifice some of our desires. I would also like to add that our search encompassed many neighborhoods in the Chicagoland region but Joe was more than willing to travel anyplace that we considered moving to. Joe demonstrated joy and professionalism during all our interactions. We will look forward to working with him again on our next move and would recommend him to anyone searching for a residence. My wife and I are recent transplants to Chicago and were still living in Atlanta when we had to look for a house (for rental). Joe was incredibly helpful in helping us find a place, even taking us on video tours of houses we couldn't see ourselves. One thing that stands out is that we had a miscommunication with a landlord on application fees and Joe went the extra mile to make things right with us (even though he had no obligation to do so). Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to rent a place in Chicago metro.
